TRX Suspension Training
What is suspension training?
Suspension training refers to a collection of body weight exercises, where either your hands or feet are generally supported by a single anchor point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground.
Benefits of TRX

Since you use your own body weight with the TRX, and you modify resistance by adjusting your body position, suspension training workouts are safe and effective for people of all levels of fitness. With endless number of exercises it is easy to achieve any performance or fitness goal.
All core, all the time. Your body uses muscle strength to control its center of gravity during movement. Suspension training exercises are designed to intentionally displace your center of gravity, which activates the core musculature during every exercise. During each exercise your entire core is engaged to stabilize and balance the body in a truly functional way.
